How It Works
Simple, physical cooling. No batteries, no plug, no fuss.
POPPO products cool the old-fashioned way: a cooler material sits against your skin and takes the heat off. There is no electricity involved and nothing is applied to your skin, so they are gentle enough for everyday outings, sport and time in the sun.

Cooling Neck Rings
- Chill it. Pop it in the fridge until it feels firm. The exact time is on the guide in the box.
- Wear it. Slip it around your neck so it sits comfortably against your skin.
- Enjoy it. Expect a pleasant cool feeling for roughly 1 to 2 hours. A hot day or a brisk walk will shorten it a little.
- Go again. When it softens, chill it again and it is ready for round two.
Three temperatures to choose from: Ice Blue (18°C), Soft Mint (24°C) and Soft Peach (28°C).
Cooling Towels
- Wet it. Run it under cold water.
- Wring it. Squeeze out the excess water and give it a shake.
- Wear it. Drape it around your neck or shoulders, or hold it against your skin.
- Refresh it. When it dries out and warms up, wet it again.
Expect it to stay pleasantly cool for roughly 1 to 2 hours, depending on the weather and how much airflow it gets. All eight colours work in exactly the same way.
Pet Cooling Mats
Lay it flat in your pet's favourite resting spot and let them settle in. Full preparation and care instructions will be supplied with the finished product. As with any pet product, please keep an eye on your pet when they first try it. Colours are just for looks and do not change how cool the mat feels.
How long will it stay cool?
The honest answer is: it depends. Hot weather, direct sun and how snugly it sits all make a difference. The timings above are a guide, and we will publish tested, product-specific numbers before launch.
